Apr. 1, 2009 Alfresa Pip-Tokyo Corporation changes its corporate name to Alfresa Medical Service Corporation.
Feb. 3, 2009 The Company, CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD., Alfresa Healthcare Communications Corporation (Tokyo) and NIPPON ACCESS, INC. conclude a business cooperation agreement with Link & Communication Inc. (Tokyo) for creating new businesses in the food and health field.
Oct. 24, 2008 The Company and CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD. conclude a business cooperation agreement with TOMITA pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Kumamoto Prefecture) and TOMITA Healthcare Co., Ltd. (Kumamoto Prefecture) on the wholesaling of over-the-counter drugs and other products.
Sep. 24, 2008 The Company concludes a business cooperation agreement with MEDICAL SYSTEM NETWORK Co., Ltd. (Hokkaido) in the fields of dispensing pharmacy and ethical pharmaceuticals distribution.
Feb. 27, 2008 The Company concludes a basic agreement on a capital and business alliance with TAMPEI NAKATA CO., LTD. (Osaka Prefecture)
Oct. 25, 2007 The Company establishes Alfresa System Corporation (Tokyo), which is engaged in the operation, maintenance and development of information system for the Alfresa Group, jointly with Hitachi, Ltd. (Tokyo)

Mar. 20, 2007 The Company concludes a business cooperation agreement with NIPPON ACCESS, INC. (Tokyo) and CS YAKUHIN CO., LTD. (Aichi Prefecture) on the wholesaling of food, over-the-counter drugs and other products.
Apr. 1, 2006 Meisho Co., Ltd. (Ishikawa Prefecture) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.

•  SEIWA SANGYO CO., LTD. (Hiroshima Prefecture) is transformed into a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
•  OKAUCHI KANKODO, Ltd., Kowa Yakuhin Co., Ltd. and DAIWA Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Co., Ltd. merge to form Shikoku Alfresa Corporation. (Kagawa Prefecture)
Apr. 1, 2005 OKAUCHI KANKODO, Ltd. (Kagawa Prefecture), Kowa Yakuhin Co., Ltd. (Tokushima Prefecture), and DAIWA Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Co., Ltd. become wholly owned subsidiaries through a stock exchange.
Feb. 14, 2005 Alfresa Corporation makes NIKKEN SANGYO CO., LTD. (currently Alfresa Nikken Sangyo Corporation, Gifu Prefecture) a subsidiary.
Feb. 1, 2005 Alfresa Corporation takes over part of the business from Matsuda Medical Co., Ltd. (Kochi Prefecture)
Dec. 1, 2004 The Company establishes Alfresa Pip-Tokyo Corporation (Tokyo), which is engaged in the SPD business, jointly with PIP-Tokyo Co., Ltd. (Tokyo)
Oct. 1, 2004 Reorganization of the subsidiaries by business field into the Wholesale Company, Alfresa Corporation, and Manufacturing Company, Alfresa Pharma Corporation (Osaka Prefecture), through corporate separation.
Jul. 1, 2004 Taishodo Co., Ltd. (Saitama Prefecture) is transformed into a wholly owned subsidiary through a stock exchange.
Apr. 1, 2004 Fukujin Co., Ltd. (currently Alfresa Corporation, Tokyo) makes Odashima Limited (Iwate Prefecture) and DAIWA Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Co., Ltd. (Ehime Prefecture) subsidiaries.
Sep. 29, 2003 AZWELL Inc. and Fukujin Co., Ltd. establish Alfresa Holdings Corporation (Tokyo) through stock transfer.
